3. Supervisory authorities and out-of-court dispute resolution
Compliance with consumer protection law is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), www.coi.cz, which is also the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The processing of personal data is supervised by the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), www.uoou.cz.
