Legal information
Cookie policy
Which cookies and similar technologies Carnado uses and how you stay in control of them.
This English translation is provided for your convenience. Only the Czech version of this document is legally binding.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser when you visit a website. They keep the website working, remember your preferences and — if you consent — help us measure traffic and run marketing. Similar technologies may be used alongside cookies (e.g. the browser’s local storage).
2. Which cookies we use
- Strictly necessary (technical): provide the website’s basic functions — form security token, keeping you signed in, remembering your consent choice. These cookies cannot be switched off and we set them without consent on the basis of legitimate interest.
- Preference: remember your settings (e.g. the search filters you used last) to make the site more convenient to use.
- Analytics: help us measure traffic and behaviour on the website anonymously so we can improve the service. We only set them with your consent.
- Marketing: enable ad targeting and measuring how well ads perform. We only set them with your consent.
3. Consent and withdrawing it
We only set analytics and marketing cookies after you have given your consent via the consent banner. Consent is voluntary and you can change or withdraw it at any time — either by reopening the consent banner or by deleting cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
You can restrict or block cookies in your browser settings and delete cookies that have already been stored. Instructions for the most common browsers can be found in their help pages (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Please note that blocking cookies entirely may limit how some parts of the website work.
5. More information
